It has aromas reminiscent of white flowers and apple blossoms, with some citrus and stone fruit notes.

TASTE:

On the palate, it is flavorful and lively, with good acidity and a refreshing minerality reminiscent of wet stones.

Easy to drink and a perfect pairing for food, especially tapas and light dishes.

The name Acero evokes the fact that this wine has never been in contact with oak. The grapes, specially selected for their aromatic intensity, complete both primary and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. The wine remains in the tank until bottling in spring. Classic aromas of fresh apple and floral notes stand out. Creamy texture and silky mouthfeel, with a fresh, lingering finish that enhances the purity of the fruit. A perfect wine to accompany food.
