Golden yellow in color, although pale, but very bright, and with an apparently unctuous texture, with greenish hues when young.
On the nose it is an authentic chardonnay, full of citrus with elegantly sweet touches. Its fermentation in oak barrels for 16 months is evident, as well as the light contact with the lees, which brings back memories of butter and baked apple.
Its palate is round and full-bodied, balanced and intense at the same time. It is a Grand Cru in every sense of the word, and its quality makes it persist in the mouth and we can anticipate that its pairing will be with dishes of a certain aromatic complexity. We can sense a long aging in bottle, up to 20 years.
