Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Very subtle yellow color with gray highlights. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

Incredibly fresh, in the first contact with the cup the Moscatel is manifest with all its fullness. A certain complexity, aromas of fresh fruit and very floral, where the notes of jasmine and lavender and certain slightly infused species predominate.

TASTE:

Very fresh entry, it shows a fruity wine, light and very easy to drink. Good acidity and a present carbon, which denotes the youth of the wine, but which makes it incredibly pleasant. In short, a wine to taste at all hours.

Its freshness makes it ideal to taste it as an aperitif and with dishes of little preparation. Ideal to accompany it with fried fish, fruit salads, and pasta dishes with vegetables. Dishes both summer and fresh as the wine itself.

White Miraflor comes from vineyards located very close to the Mediterranean Sea, where they are planted in very deep terraces of sand and river gravel. Even on the hottest summer days, the sea winds keep the cold in the vineyards, thus preserving all their acidity.
Manual harvest, refrigerant and coupage prior to fermentation, fermented in stainless steel tanks. It is characterized by its low alcohol content 10.5%.
