Fragrant, medium power wine, direct wine, frank aromas of young fruit, fresh fruit, citrus, yellow plum, fine lees, complex.

TASTE:

White, light, dry, very pleasant on the palate. The subtle lightness, of the aromatic nuances of infusion, chamomile, wild flowers and the freshness of young citrus fruits (yellow apple, loquat, apricot, skin of the same grape). In the mouthfeel, a feeling of oiliness

MATCHING
With light proximity cuisine, vegetarian and vegan dishes.

In 2002 Josep Serra and Marta Piedra started with 4 hectares of old Mollet de Peralada vineyards. In 2006, they built the winery, making the first bottles betting on a young, fresh, current, fun image.
Recovering the integral production of a traditional farmhouse making wines, mistelas, rancid, oils, eggs, cheeses. introducing wine tourism as a common thread with the winery, a dedication project with heart and soul.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Empordà
The appellation of Origin Empordà is located on the northern-east of Catalonia. The territory is distributed in two regions and 55 villages. 35 belong to Alt Empordà and the remaining 20 belong to Baix Empodrà. The average annual production reaches the 65000 hectoliters of wine with a planted surface of around 2000 hectares. From its beginnings the denomination was called Empordà-Costa Brava, but in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was deleted.
