Nez intense, très fruité, où se distinguent les arômes du raisin (myrtille, framboise, poivron).

TASTE:

On the palate, it presents a meaty and full attack. Its balanced acidity makes it an agile and lively wine. Its evolution on the palate is magnificent, with a long and flavorful finish where varietal aromas stand out.

MATCHING
Tasted between 8-10 ºC, it enhances dishes such as pasta, poultry in currant sauce, or soufflés.

In the 19th century, after the phylloxera attack in the French vineyards, a key event for the future of Somontano wine production took place: the Lalanne family and winery arrived from Bordeaux and Buenos Aires to Somontano and introduced grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Merlot or Cabernet-Sauvignon in the region, which since then have been part of Somontano's wine heritage.
