Pale yellow color with lime tones
Very pleasant aroma. Notes of freshly cut green apple predominate on a tropical background. In a second layer, hints of apricot and peach appear. Very subtle citrus finish.
Fresh, with a marked and persistent acidity. Its passage through the mouth shows a pleasant tapestry of textures, with a refreshing and sparkling finish, the result of the residual carbon dioxide from fermentation.
The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
