Colour

Pale yellow, very light to see. Bright and clean.

AROMA:

Very aromatic, perfumed, primary aromas of acidic, young and fresh fruits (apple, pineapple, apricot, yellow plum) along with some floral nuance, white flowers, petals.

TASTE:

Good entry, route and end of mouth. Live, persistent, very good balance between fruit and acidity. Wine easy to drink, pleasant and very fresh.
Great assembly of the varieties, multi-varietal wine. Traditional white, light and fruity character.

Ideal as a drink, appetizer. Also dishes with vegetarian, vegan cuisine, salads, vegetables, baked fish, rice (light, dry, a banda)

The first references of the founding ancestors of the company date back to 1871 in which we find a deed and sale of a vineyard called Mirgoler, still existing, and where, as a curious fact, the presence of the prestigious writer Carles Bosch de la Trinxeria stands out. , a resident of Jonquera at the end of the 19th century and a great narrator of the phylloxera theme.
At the end of the 80s, the activity of wine processors and bottlers was consolidated and expanded, opting for the production of a quality product with grapes exclusively from our vineyards and, therefore, with limited production. New vineyards are planted with the varieties Garnacha Tinta, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Chardonnay; and the cultivation system of the old vineyards is improved with techniques designed to obtain quality products.
Currently there are five generations of the Pairó family that continue to run the family winery.
