PEÑÍN
Clean, clear and bright. Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Very pleasing to the eye.
Medium / high olfactory power, it presents a very good range of primary aromas, where the ripe white fruit takes over, and where we find the yellow cherry, apple, apricot and loquat in which they are assembled with more lactic notes of fresh butter and hints of lemon yogurt. Fragrant and scented.
Entry into the mouth with a very good attack, tasty and where its passage through the mouth is unctuous and with a very lively creaminess. Its sensation on lees is practically identifiable, a fact that allows a balance in the mouth between fruit, creaminess and acidity. Long, well-structured finish and aftertaste.
