Colour

Yellow color with greenish reflections, bright.

AROMA:

It has complex aromas of ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, such as vineyard peach and apricot. It can remind us of pineapple in syrup and candied nuts, such as dried apricots or raisins.

TASTE:

The palate is very broad and structured, long and persistent. It has very good acidity and saline tones to finish. It leaves memories of fruit and nuts.

It will pair excellently with foods and dishes with a high level of fat, given its acidity and complexity.

Sebastià Catllà and Josep Maria Claret partnered in 1990 in a unique wine project, with the aim of recovering vineyards in the Molí and Casanova de Monistrolet, in the Pla de Bages. They implemented organic farming, being the first winery to do so in the Pla de Bages DO. For this reason, among other reasons, they have recovered much of the agricultural landscape that ceased to exist in the area after phylloxera. Mainly the landscape of Collbaix, overlooking the entire Pla de Bages and the mountains of Montserrat.
