Clean, clear and bright. Yellow color with greenish reflections. Very pleasing to the eye.
Entry into the nose with very good intensity, and with a range of aromas where they are linked together forming great complexity. It is a finely woody sample, where acacia gives it the touch, along with small flashes of notes of honey and wax. The peach aromas and the undeniable expressiveness of the exotic fruit manage to unite with a rare intensity.
In the mouth it is presented with the same expressiveness and complexity that characterized it on the nose. Good texture feeling, where it is voluptuous and with a certain density. Integrated acidity and salinity with a long and persistent finish.
The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
