Good olfactory power, with a certain complexity, primary aromas perfectly related to the variety (Garnatxa Blanca), white fruits where we find the apple and pear harder, and with a peach and loquat background.
Good entry with a certain attack. A long wine in its passage through the mouth. Well structured, alive and very persistent, all that with an acidity that makes it unique.
The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
