TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Pale gold color with greenish reflections. Very nice to see.

AROMA:

The nose is complex and has a good intensity. The aromas of the variety and of the same aging are expressed; Citrus notes (candied lemon peel) blend with the nuts (toasted hazelnut) and the creamiest and most creamy pastries, ending with the more mineral expressions of the terroir.

TASTE:

Entry into the mouth with the density that characterizes it. It is expressive and certainly velvety, but manages to harmonize with a freshness of memorable persistence. Long and balanced finish.

MATCHING
To accompany it, perfect with appetizers of salmon and cod, hake of donostiarra, cream of vegetables, white meats, quail with mushrooms and creams of vegetables.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Located in the northeast of Spain, between La Rioja and Bordeaux, the Arínzano Property occupies a valley formed by the last foothills of the Pyrenees, divided by the Ega river. Its exclusive microclimates create a unique environment for growing grapes. Of the 355 hectares of the property, 128 are dedicated to the cultivation of Pago vineyards. The climate has a significant Atlantic influence, with high variation between day-night temperatures in summer, while the Ega River moderates temperatures. The Arínzano vineyards are located in an area of complex geology, each plot showing differential characteristics. The vineyard soils are mostly tertiary in origin, with varying proportions of silt, loam, clay and limestone-calcareous rock degradation.

The Pago Wine designation is the highest category that a wine can obtain in Spain, superior to the Qualified Designation of Origin. After years of exhaustive demonstration of the unique qualities of its climate, geology and vineyards, Arínzano is the first property in northern Spain to have received this recognition.
