Clean, clear and bright. Yellow with golden highlights. Very nice to see.

AROMA:

Entry into the nose, where the Chardonnay welcomes us in its maximum transparency. Aromas of tropical fruits, citrus and herbal touches. Good complexity as it has notes brought by its small aging in barrels, where cinnamon, vanilla and toasted hazelnuts will end this organoleptic show.

TASTE:

The palate is balanced and well structured. Where its freshness is perfectly combined with the creaminess and creaminess brought by its aging. We have a precise, direct, pure wine with a slightly fruity finish.

Perfect with Tagliatelle Frutti di Mare, Mussels with seafood sauce, grilled fish with garnish, rice, cured cheeses, white meats.

Bramito del Cervo is a chardonnay varietal that the Castello della Sala winery has been making since 1994 in its majestic medieval building from the Umbrian Apennines. Although the winery's origins date back to the fourteenth century, since 1940 the property belongs to the Antinori family and currently has 500 hectares of land, of which 140 hectares are dedicated to the vine. In this geography of soft hills, the vineyards grow at an altitude of between 200 and 450 meters, on clay soils and rich in fossils of sedimentary and volcanic origin.

As is typical of the wines of this extraordinary family, the elaborations of Castello della Sala are also characterized by a philosophy that combines tradition and modernity without losing an iota of its quality. As proof of this, next to the cellars of the old medieval fortress, where the aging of the wines in barrels still takes place, a new and modern winemaking room was built in 1985 where special attention is paid to the temperature in order to preserving the aromatic qualities of the grape, another of the characteristics of this winery and not only of Bramito del Cervo.
