Golden yellow, lemony, absolute clarity.

AROMA:

Elegant and subtle nose with hints of citrus ( grapefruit ) and stone fruits ( peach and plum Claudia ). Balsamic notes.

TASTE:

Tasty, oily, unctuous palate with an appreciable volume and great lightness on the palate, enormous persistence in the aftertaste.

Premium quality vegetables are grown in Rioja soil. A simple but very suitable dish, a product of proximity, a vegetable stew. Ideal with a typical Riojan dish "pochas con quails" ( it is a stew with a base of white beans accompanied by quail ). Even with dishes like El Bonito with tomato or Bacalao a la Riojana. This white wine combines perfectly with foods and dishes with more gustatory flavor. Service temperature from 10º to 12º C.

Allende The winery is located in La Rioja Alta, on a hill 80 meters high, Briones appears elevated in a silhouette that expresses the importance of the terroir where it sits, the importance of a terroir that allows it to be closer to heaven. Since the year 1986, Miguel Angel de Gregorio discovered the excellence of this land, the interaction of both, man and a half, genius and power, have allowed to endow the wine with a unique personality typical of a wine of the highest level. We work day by day committed to respect for the environment and the plant, respect for what nature offers, admiration for the uniqueness of the vineyards. Vineyards are cultivated avoiding any type of synthetic or herbicidal treatment, reducing carbon emissions. The vines are protected and cared for, taking up the customs of the origins, manual tillage accompanied by animal traction. A sustainable viticulture is defended that is born from the deep conviction that the essence of the image is respect for the exceptional nature of the vineyards. Respect for the uniqueness of a style, that of Allende.
