TASTING NOTE
Colour: Bright pale yellow
Aroma: Remarkable aromatic intensity, clear fruit character (peach, pineapple, orange peel)
Taste: Broad, long, well-structured wine with a young, fresh, pleasant, youthful wine character, live, vital, fruity wine but with a dry and acid point. Its passage through the mouth is unctuous with pleasant volume. Fair and adequate presence.
MATCHING
It is excellent with the local Galician gastronomy with all its wide assortment of seafood and fresh fish.
Typical regional dishes are their Galician empanada.
Other gastronomies: Exotic Orientals such as Japanese.
Mediterranean Gastronomy: Rice and fideuas
with traditional fish and seafood stews such as the famous "zarzuela"

Terras Gauda Winery
It was founded in the O rosal Valley, within the Rías Baixas Denomination of Origin, with an initial production of 37,000 bottles from the 1990 vintage. Currently, more than 1.5 million bottles are marketed in more than 45 countries.
Varieties 70% Albariño, 20% Caiño, 10% Loureiro
Unification: After a cold maceration of different duration according to the varieties, the fermentation took place at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. After adding natural yeasts extracted from our own vineyards, the wine stabilizes in the cold. Wine that can improve the next two years from the date of its harvest.
