AROMA:

Clean, frank, direct, varietal aromas of the Albariño grape, green fruits very well balanced with the notes of tropical fruits ( green pineapple, fuji apple ), the famous "pineberry" white strawberries, grown in South America and Great Britain they are very widespread in the Gurmet market. TASTE:

Excellent liveliness, broad, velvety in its route, long retronasal route, we highlight this mineral and saline point, but we would classify it as very fine, dry and slightly fruity, with hints of herbaceous, river stone, fresh.

Winemaking: The bunches, once de-stemmed, are pressed gently and slowly in a pneumatic press. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 10º C for 30 days in stainless steel. It remains in contact with its fine lees for two months to achieve texture and density.
