TASTE:

Excellent step mouth, very fresh, full bodied. Good varietal after taste.

The structure of this albarinho cream goes well with seafood cream.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Paco & Lola is a winery founded in 2005 at the initiative of a group of vine growers and wine producers from the O Salnés region, who decided to professionalize their production. This cooperative is called "Sociedad Cooperativa Vitivinícola Arousana" and is currently made up of more than 430 members, being the most important cooperative by number of members of the D.O. Rías Baixas. The winery has 220 hectares of its own vineyard spread over more than 2000 plots, characteristics of the Galician smallholding and located entirely in the "Val do Salnés" sub-area.

The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
