TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Very pleasing to the eye.

AROMA:

On the nose, it presents an aromatic fan much more accentuated than its farm brothers (each with their own personality). Pear and apple aromas are fused with subtle hints of spices and nuts. Getting to finish with a menthol balsamic sensation in order to offer the most accentuated touch of freshness.

TASTE:

Entry into the mouth with very good complexity and freshness. A round wine and creaminess perfectly balanced with the sensation of wood. The best expression of chardonnay to discover the new world. Long and persistent finish. A wine that will not leave anyone indifferent and that will mark a before and after. Superb and surprising.

MATCHING
Wine with structure and flavor. Ideal with highly palatable, smoked dishes, with white meats, stewed fish, creamy sauces, fantastic with fatty soft cheese and sushi.
