INFORMATION OF INTEREST Catena Zapata Adrianna Vineyard White Bones 2017

TASTING NOTE

Colour: Clean, clear and bright. Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Very pleasing to the eye.

Aroma: On the nose, it presents an aromatic fan much more accentuated than its farm brothers (each with their own personality). Pear and apple aromas are fused with subtle hints of spices and nuts. Getting to finish with a menthol balsamic sensation in order to offer the most accentuated touch of freshness.

Taste: Entry into the mouth with very good complexity and freshness. A round wine and creaminess perfectly balanced with the sensation of wood. The best expression of chardonnay to discover the new world. Long and persistent finish. A wine that will not leave anyone indifferent and that will mark a before and after. Superb and surprising.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The grapes for the elaboration of the Chardonnay White Bones come from a select group of rows planted in the Adrianna vineyard. The term "White Bones" (white bones) refers to the composition of the soil of these rows, calcareous with the appearance of fossil remains or bones.
