Colour: Pale yellow with slightly golden glints.
Aroma: At first, the aromas of acid fruits come to the fore: grapefruit and pineapple. In the background, together with a warmer sensation, an aroma of lavender opens up, speaking of our wooded landscape.
Taste: In the mouth, it is outstanding for its initial sensation of creaminess, enveloping an acidity that makes up its great structure and where the grapefruit and lavender notes are repeated with more potency and persistence as a core of the personality of this wine. Its opening is outstanding towards fresher sensations in aromas and sweeter sensations in the mouth, which define it as a wine made with Mediterranean grape varieties in a cold climate.
Perfect with grilled fish or steamed very soft, without sauces.
