Complex, remarkable intensity. Ripe fruit, toast and herbaceous aromas of under funding.

TASTE:

Fine bubbles and well integrated, long, lingering finish.

MATCHING
Recommended for sunbathing, with all kinds of seafood baked. We could suggest octopus with onions and served with arroz a banda.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Rimarts named for its founder, Mr. Ricardo Martinez Simon, who in the year 1987 decide began making high quality wines and champagnes.

El cava Rimarts de 24 o 40 mesos és molt bo, de gran finor, excel·lent paladar, fa molt de temps que a casa el degustem.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Cava
Cava and Champagne are elaborated with the same procedure, called traditional method or champenoise. The process definition gives the name to the final product, a sparkling wine produced with the classic method of fermentation in bottle and ageing in “cavas”. Recently is one of the more dynamic sectors in the world of wine, with a whole production that has exceed the 220 millions of bottles per year, reaching customers from all over the world.
