Brilliance. Straw yellow with greenish hues
What stands out is the wine's complexity. Dominant aromas of acid fruit, ripe melon and fragrant floral notes. These are overlain with creamy notes derived from its second fermentation and aging in contact with the yeasts
Zesty notes of citrus fruit on the palate with cherry, floral and melon flavours. It has a distinct creaminess and long finish with a lingering zesty acidity.
