Lemon bright yellow, good carbonic detachment.

AROMA:

Subtle and intense, with apple aroma, green peer, light dry nuts. Pleasant and fresh aromas of youth.

TASTE:

Complex, alive, white fruit sensations, citrus, dry flowers and a little memory of vegetables. Persistent, nuanced, whole good balanced.

MATCHING
It’s a versatile cava, relatively fresh and young. It combines perfectly with traditional Mediterranean cuisine, like rice, grilled fish with vegetables…
It also can be combined with modern cuisine, like bread pastry with foie and caramelized apple.

Cava and Champagne are elaborated with the same procedure, called traditional method or champenoise.
