TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean and bright. Intense yellow color with golden reflex, very fine perlage and a very constant crown. Very pleasing to the eye.

AROMA:

Very interesting entrance, notable mineral freshness with subtle notes of chamomile, accompanied by delicate aromas of brioche, fruit and lemon-colored flowers.

TASTE:

Very well built, Good wood balance - acidity, with very integrated carbon. Perfectly balanced mouth between acidity and aromatic richness.

WHO CAN CONTRACT
The Maison Pierre Mignon is located in La Breuil, in the south-east of the Marne Valley, in a beautiful setting in which a beautiful mosaic of vineyard plots is surrounded by several forests. After five generations, the Mignon family has inherited a "savoir faire" currently expressed through Pierre Mignon and his wife Yveline, as well as their two children, Célina in charge of marketing and export and Jean - Charles responsible for the vineyards and the cellar.
