TASTING NOTE
Colour

Pale yellow, with fine bubbles and a perfect mousse.

AROMA:

Aromas of yeast and fruit compote, with a finish of ripe fruit.

TASTE:

Fine presence on the palate, very dry but perfectly balanced, crisp and elegant.

MATCHING
This is an ideal Cava to drink as an aperitif as well with a great variety of rich dishes, dishes with sharp flavours and also light dishes such as stews of white meats, rice dishes with fish, sushi, terrine of foie gras, lamb dishes. The fine mousse makes it refreshing and perfect to help the digestion of meals. Recommended serving temperature is 6°C and it should be stored in a cool and dry place, in a vertical position. It should be consumed no later than 20 months after its purchase.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Cava
Cava and Champagne are elaborated with the same procedure, called traditional method or champenoise. The process definition gives the name to the final product, a sparkling wine produced with the classic method of fermentation in bottle and ageing in “cavas”.
