It is pale although brilliant in colour, with a suggestion of slightly greenish tones. The bubbles explode lively, delicate and sparkling due to the vitality of its youth.
Its bouquet is clean and fruity, and we can find alse some fresh flowers.
Well balanced and rounded, in mouth it's fresh, with a lot of potency and expansion.
The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
