Colour

Straw yellow with greenish highlights, bright.

AROMA:

Aromatic, intense, candied fruit, buns, notes of angel hair and quince.

TASTE:

In palate is sapid, fresh, notes of yellow apple and fennel. Well balanced, appropriate acidity, fine and long, well integrated carbonic. Fresh and youth.

MATCHING
Ideal with main courses. It also harmonizes with the more structured and elaborated meals such as marinated rice or baked fish (turbot, grouper, monkfish, sea bass) with vegetables.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Augustí Vilaret he founded the cavas Mont-Ferrant on 1865 in Blanes. In 1872 he appeared to the Exhibition Competition Barcelona its production. Es un cava que ja coneixem de fa temps i que ens agrada força, encara que sols bevem quan anem a casa d'uns cosins a Blanes.
Al estar confinats i veure l'opció de la compra per internet, ho hem fet i ha funcionat perfecte.
