Colour

Straw yellow in colour with a touch of lemon tones. Delicate bubbles, well integrated into the wines.

AROMA:

Complex aromas of bakery, toasty notes from the barrel, candied orange peel, Mediterranean herbs.

TASTE:

The palate is well-structured, creamy, long and full. The aftertaste brings back the patisserie flavours in a long, sensual finish. Tasty, well-bodied, structured and persistent. The notes of confectionery are retrieved in the post-taste, toasted, balsamic, jams… that they make it very pleasant on the palate.

MATCHING
Homogeneous, well built, perfectly balanced his long ageing with its fruity flavouring. Our recommendation is to prove previously without pairing with food, so as to appreciate their full potential. Ideal for taking scallops au gratin with béchamel sauce, or bouillabaisse soup. Also, somebody will enjoy taking it with dishes like rice with seafood or duck confit with chestnut puree.

El mejor cava que hemos probado. Nada de azucar añadido. Seco y burbuja fina. Sienta estupendamente
