Colour

Slightly cloudy, lemon yellow, with slight golden tones. Bubble very fine and well integrated.

AROMA:

Bouquet of white flowers, almond, quince skin. After a few minutes in an open glass we see notes of fennel and tangerine skin.

TASTE:

Silky, broad, harmonious, with a saline memory. White fruit, like pear and green apple. Long and refreshing

white fish, semicured cheese, seafood rice, white meat

Sparkling ancestral made from the old method (PET NAT), of a single fermentation, without the addition of sugars or yeasts. The fermentation begins in amphorae of mud of 1.000 liters of capacity with the skin of the grape and it is finished in the bottle. It is marketed with cork and crown cap, in the most ancestral style.
