Colour

Golden colour with bright gild gleam. Fine bubbles forming a nice rosary.

AROMA:

Elegant and potent bouquet. Toast, smoked and balsamic shade.

TASTE:

In mouth is structured and full, and has a light reduction shade, creamy and elegant. Post soft and prolonged tast.

MATCHING
We recommend taking it with food or food that have a high taste power in order that we can appreciate the finest champagne and breadth that can offer us. Perfect with turbot with almonds or beef carpaccio.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
The Llopart Subirats located on average height of 340 meters above sea level and covers an accented hill slopes. The land is sloping stone platforms anchored, which provides excellent exposure to sunlight and avoids the possibility of any excess water.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Cava
Cava and Champagne are elaborated with the same procedure, called traditional method or champenoise. The process definition gives the name to the final product, a sparkling wine produced with the classic method of fermentation in bottle and ageing in “cavas”.
