Lovely lemon yellow, with fine bubbles that form an attractive rosary.

AROMA:

Intense and complex, having to do with its long aging (toasted), fruity and confectionery.

TASTE:

Smart, successful integration of carbon with a nice long finish with notes reminiscent of nuts. Overall, a very correct and balanced champagne.

Good with seafood and cold starters shell. We suggest to combine with almonds and orange sole.

James Llopart German is a family business that produces wine and champagne in an artisanal way. Paul Manso Cal began using traditional champagne production. In 1997 major reforms were made, what was the family business as a complement to his restaurant became a business alive.
