Pale yellow, clean.

AROMA:

Medium intensity. Records floral and fruity with notes of jasmine, apple and grapefruit.

TASTE:

Fresh, light and very dry. Fine and persistent bubbles.

MATCHING
Fantastic union with rice and noodles. We also recommend to the Galician octopus.

Un gran cava per la relació preu/qualitat. de molta bombolla petita, cremós, lleuger, fresc. Molt recomenable.
