TASTING NOTE
Colour

Pale straw yellow in colour with golden hues. Elegant, fine bubbles that form continuous delicate beads and a persistent mousse that is accentuated by the Chardonnay.

AROMA:

On the nose the intensely complex aromas are immediately apparent: ripe tropical fruit and aromas from the ageing process reminiscent of dried fruit, toast, honey and yeast.

TASTE:

On the palate, these flavours are once again intensely present. Creamy and delicate. The well-balanced acidity contributes to the persistent finish.

MATCHING
On account of its exceptional quality, Jaume Codorníu is the chosen by several leading restaurants to accompany their menus. Clearly it has outstanding versatility to complement good food. Perfect with fish and shellfish cooked without condiments, but also with poultry, and even with mushrooms and certain meat dishes.
