TASTING NOTE
Colour

Pale yellow and bright color. Good release of carbonic, with little and persistent bubbles.

AROMA:

Delicate aroma, refined and creamy, aromatic herbs like fennel and citric notes “candied orange peel”.

TASTE:

Fresh in mouth, silky, wide stard and large end with notes of toasted and white flower, empowering the feeling of freshness in mouth.

MATCHING
Savory snacks, fish carpaccio, salads and seafood.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
This cava is a réflex of traditional cavas, seeking the upmost respect for the personalities form traditional varieties: refination, elegance, freshness, balance… Since it first vintage, in 1988, it has always been made without sugar addition.
Fermentation at 15º during 6 weeks. Middle aging in bottle between 24-30 months. No addition of expedition liqueur after the corkage.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Cava
Cava and Champagne are elaborated with the same procedure, called traditional method or champenoise. The process definition gives the name to the final product, a sparkling wine produced with the classic method of fermentation in bottle and ageing in “cavas”. Recently is one of the more dynamic sectors in the world of wine, with a whole production that has exceed the 220 millions of bottles per year, reaching customers from all over the world.
