The nose is very clean, intense and with fresh aromas of white fruit, where the green apple, grapes and small touches of citrus notes and the same fermentation stand out, ending with the aromas of pastries and almonds.
In the mouth it is harmonious and appetizing, where balance takes over from the first second. Complex, delicate and long structure. End of a freshness marked by intense aromas of fruit.
The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
