Colour

Yellow straw color, with golden reflects. Medium and fine bubble.

AROMA:

Clean and fresh aroma, with notes of nuts, butter, and white ripe fruits, like peach peel.

TASTE:

In palate it is wide and the carbonic shows a good integration, a pleasant and light remind of sweet. Long and persistent end, with a very balanced touch of acidity.

It combines perfectly with tuna tartare, marinated salmon, “mus de escalibada con gambitas blancas de Vilanova ...”. It fits with all variety of fish.

Gramona is the union of two families linked to the world of wine: Batlle and Gramona . The first were a family of winegrowers and winemakers established in Sant Sadurní. The latter, trained as winemakers in the early twentieth century, have given name to the company, today considered one of the most prestigious in the world of cava. Currently, it is the fifth generation of the Gramona - Batlle, Jaume and Xavier, responsible for managing the winery and continue to develop in the traditional champagne method, passing from generation to generation, the love of the land and the vine of their ancestors. His last step was the modernization of the Celler Batlle, making it a futuristic cellar built under the vines, with capacity to further develop some of the finest champagnes and wines from Spain.
