Fine aroma, floral, delicate, slightly toasty aromas and hints of dried herbs.

TASTE:

Tasty, dry and structured character. Well balanced with good maturation bottle. Include notes of honey and yeast very clean with light touches of nuts. Nice feeling very persistent. Elegant.

Careful preparation, along with a long aging gives this champagne high structure and a special character that can be combined with all types of poultry and red light, ideal to accompany foie gras hot and cold, and spicy fish , all kinds of seafood and shellfish. It combines perfectly with the dessert, kind of flaky, tart fruit and nuts. It is also ideal to serve snacks.
