TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Intense golden color Fine bubble, forming a good perlage and good crown.

AROMA:

Good aromatic intensity Souvenirs of pear, apple appear subtly. Butter notes (bread yeast) predominate, and with a background of sweet notes.

TASTE:

We find memories of fruit, and short notes. Very nice with a very fresh finish and the carbonic very well integrated. The contribution of Moscatel in the blend, makes it have a fruity touch, although the classification of Brut Nature and is present, thus having a dry finish.

MATCHING
Thanks to its versatility it is suitable for all hours. An ideal cava for exotic, Japanese and local cuisine.
