Vinyes Singulars is a project born in 2011 from the estate of Cal Batlle, cultivated by the family since 1405 in Penedes . Cal Batlle extends over an area of ​​120 has , of which 34 are the vineyard, and of these there are vineyards planted 6.5 for more than 50 years by the ancestors , which are the basis of wines. If we had to define what are the cornerstones trying to convey in the project , which fits better, is ecology and respect for the environment , traditional and indigenous varieties , a lot of concern in terms of winemaking and wine explain or express its origin . El Vesper de la Gloriosa is a natural sparkling wine made with Xarel·lo and Macabeu ​​by the ancient method with 18 gr residual sugar and no added sulfites.
