Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Cherry color with garnet reflections (clear). Very fine and persistent bubble. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

In the nose it is sincerity and frankness in its purest form. Good aromatic intensity with notes of red fruit combined with small hints of citrus, and where they end up adding floral aromas that give it a magnificent Empordà character.

TASTE:

Mouth where the vinous character has it quite accentuated. Good volume with a very interesting salt point and a very well integrated bubble.

Còsmic Vinyaters is a philosophy of caring for vineyards and making wine, based on the values ​​of trust in what we feel, the courage to be who we are, the passion in what we do, the essence in searching, patience in finding and gratitude in receiving, to be freer in spirit and more conscious in our creative path as viticulturists that we are. Còsmic's gaze focuses on two very different landscapes of the Catalan geography, but very much ours: Agullana, Capmany and La Vajol in the Alt Empordà, where we worship native Empordà varieties, and Rodonyà and the Sierra de Montmell in the Baix Penedès , where we grow autochthonous Penedean varieties together with foreign varieties well adapted to our terroir. Two worlds united under the same gaze that deciphers terroirs, loves the grapes, interprets the varieties, touches the earth and acts working 9.5 hectares of vineyards, cultivated in the most natural way possible, practicing organic and biodynamic agriculture. Our creative path focuses on making whole and pure wines, always starting from a single grape variety (purity over purity), with minimal intervention and maximum respect for the natural and energetic origin of the grape, the land, the climate and the spirit of the person behind it, who makes use of energy cleansing techniques, sacred geometry and sound vibrations to harmonize space, people and wines.
