Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Straw yellow color with fine and persistent beading. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

On the nose, it has a clear and sincere aroma. It is presented with an extraordinarily well-integrated fruit, where the Williams apple and pear are the protagonists. The floral notes stand out, where they delight us with the touches of the acacia flower and small touches of jasmine.

TASTE:

Very fresh on the palate, where its passage through the palate is very elegant and tasty, thus achieving a sensational harmony.

Its elegance and freshness make it the perfect companion for all hours, celebrations and snacks. But also a great ally of dishes such as: Cold starters, dishes with vegetables, white meats with Provencal herbs, fish with simple preparations, pasta dishes and risottos with Parmesan.

Bottega Prosecco Gold is based on the native grape Glera, which grows in the hills of the Venetian region of Valdobbiadene. This area is very close to the Pre-Alps, where the grape variety enjoys ideal climatic conditions. The sparkling wine made by Bottega Gold comes in a golden bottle that protects the Italian prosecco before sunlight influences it. In this way, the Bottega Prosecco Gold perfectly maintains its aroma and freshness for a longer wine life.

Following the Méthode vas clos (unlike the champenoise method, the second fermentation is carried out in the bottle, the Charmat method is carried out in stainless steel tanks, so once fermented it is bottled directly), the grapes harvested by hand are press gently. The must is kept in stainless steel at low temperatures. Followed by a fermentation period of 40 days at 14-15 ° C with selected yeasts.
