Deep golden yellow, bright.

AROMA:

Intense aroma of pastries, freshly baked bread, brioche, cookies, lemon zest and red berries.

TASTE:

The palate is unctuous, satiny and powerful.

Appetizers, Poultry, Seafood, Fish Blue, White fish, soft cheeses.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Bollinger covers 164 hectares, most of which are classified Grand Cru or Premier Cru. Pinot Noir dominates, grapes demanding an intense character that forms the backbone of the Bollinger style. As a guarantee of the highest quality, the best crus are fermented in wood by a small stock of 3,000 barrels, elderly. The company allows its wines aged for twice as long as that is a requirement of denomination. So you can develop your character completely.

En mi opinión está algo sobrevalorado, está claro que está bueno, pero por el precio que tiene me quedo antes con un Taittinger brut. Me pareció algo insulso y amargo para lo que esperaba.
