TASTING NOTE
Colour

Straw yellow, very pale, with elegant small bubbles, fine and constant.

AROMA:

Mouth filling and round. Tropical fruits with smoked and vintage nuances (patisserie).

TASTE:

Delicate, soft and creamy. Well balanced with the optimum aging and good acidity.

MATCHING
Light starters: octopus with potatoes, ‘escalivada’ (typical preparation of Catalan cuisine that consists of several types of grilled vegetables), lukewarm salad of prawns with Modena vinegar. In general, all the salads with balsamic vinegar match with this cava. Pasta, fideuá (noodles), ‘risotto’. Pork meat: tenderloin with sauce of ‘ceps’ (mushrooms), ‘botifarra’ (sausage)… Several fishes: cod Catalonian style, sole baked in salt, baked turbot.
