Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Rose petal color with grayish reflections. Very pleasing to the eye.

AROMA:

The nose seduces with intense aromas of fresh fruit.

TASTE:

Enters the mouth with a lot of freshness and a marked acidity that gives it vivacity and frankness, thus expressing its youth with a gluttonous and very pleasant mouthfeel.

Made from our own vineyards located in the northern part of Alt Empordà, at the foot of the Albera mountains. The microclimate typical of this area stands out, with a strong Tramuntana wind as the protagonist and the thermal difference typical of the mountainside vineyard. Extracts from poor soils and minerals give a unique character to this wine; which comes from vineyards without irrigation and with small productions of less than 5,000 kg per hectare.



Pale pink wine, made with the aim of giving all the prominence to its grapes. Extraction of the flower must without practically maceration and fermented at a controlled temperature to achieve better quality aromas.
