Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Pink color with grayish reflections. Very pleasing to the eye.

AROMA:

High aromatic intensity; where notes of red fruit stand out, with cherries and strawberries predominating. Tropical touches and floral notes.

TASTE:

Wide, fresh and friendly entry. Tasty sensation, which lasts in the mouth until the aftertaste where the cherries denote.

This wine can have a perfect harmony with countless dishes such as vegetable cream, rice from both sea and mountains, seafood, fish fried and in sauces, delicatessen, white meat and roasted poultry as well as sushi or sashimi dishes.

Recommended service temperature 6-8ºC.

The first red grapes harvested at the 2018 Harvest by Bodegas Arzuaga Navarro were used to make this wine.To this early harvest we owe the organoleptic character that gives the wine its uniqueness.
The harvest took place on September 26 on fruit day in the lunar calendar.
Our new Rosae Arzuaga wine is born from the most exclusive selection of clones of our Finca La Planta, the vineyard is of the Tempranillo variety and was planted in 1988.
Our Finca La Planta is located at an altitude of 911m with calcareous clay soils with undivided bedrock less than one meter from the surface, facing southeast.

The harvest was done manually in boxes of 15 kilos. After a rigorous selection, it was carefully pressed to obtain a minimum color extraction. All this at a temperature below 12º C, which was preserved in the fermentation itself, after which the wine decanted naturally by cold and bottled, to preserve its freshness and liveliness.
