TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Pale pink, salmon color with reflections of onion skin.

AROMA:

A flagrant wine. The first contact with the cup we find an endless explosion of red fruits and floral notes in its maximum state.

TASTE:

Elegant and very creamy entry, perfect balance between acidity, creaminess and volume being a fresh wine, easy and very pleasant for the senses.

MATCHING
Very versatile wine, we can accompany it both with starters and main courses. Thanks to its versatility we can pair it with meat or fish processing without much complexity.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Wine made from grapes harvested manually at its optimum point of maturation and health status, from old vines over 50 years old of the variety Red Garnacha selected for winemaking quiet. The grapes do not macerate, a direct pressing is done to extract the less possible color, the vinification is made from the fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature.

Wines rosés designation of origin D.O. Empordà
The appellation of Origin Empordà is located on the northern-east of Catalonia. The territory is distributed in two regions and 55 villages. 35 belong to Alt Empordà and the remaining 20 belong to Baix Empodrà. The average annual production reaches the 65000 hectoliters of wine with a planted surface of around 2000 hectares. From its beginnings the denomination was called Empordà-Costa Brava, but in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was deleted.
