Colour

Bright and limpid pale pink color with shades of grapefruit with pink flesh.

AROMA:

Of remarkable intensity. A nose that begins with notes of licorice and continues with fresh rose and a light vegetal finish. Very fragrant and pleasant.

TASTE:

Beautiful fruitiness on the palate, with notes of red plum, mandarin and orange blossom, with a pleasant length and a slightly pink grapefruit, strawberry yogurt finish. Very suggestive and easy to drink.

Salmon tartar with guacamole, grilled vegetables, Italian cuisine ( fresh pasta and pizzas ) and very pleasant with Provencal Mediterranean cuisine. Service temperature from 6º to 8º C.

The Sumeire family, winemakers in Provence for many generations, continues the tradition by signing this elegant and authentic Côtes de Provence. Terroir It came from the Trets region, selected with the greatest care by the Sumeire family. Vineyard Grape varieties: Garnacha 45%, Cinsault 25%, Syrah 15%, Carignan 15%. Vinification Light maceration at low temperature in stainless steel presses, then fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
