INFORMATION OF INTEREST Rosé Babalà 2019
Colour: Very pale pink wine with predominant salmon tones.
Aroma: Nose marked by aromas of red fruits and aniseed touches.
Taste: In the mouth it has a sweet and bulky entrance, of agile step and remarkable persistence.
Very suitable with light dishes, rice dishes and Asian cuisine.
Rosé wine made with slightly macerated and fermented musts at controlled temperature in cement tanks. Fermentation stop by using cold to keep some residual sugar and subsequent aging with fine mothers doing weekly bastons for 4 months.
