TASTING NOTE
Colour

Intense cherry colour with a layer heavily covered.

AROMA:

Aroma of good intensity with an array of aromatic nuances of various red and black berries, some ripe, spice, toffee, chocolate, floral notes with herbaceous aromas, toasty and minerals touches.

TASTE:

Structured and has a deep face, shows good acidity, intensity of fruit flavours, balanced alcohol, with a mix of flavours throughout the palate, mingling menthol flavours with fine tannins and abundant spices of fruit.

MATCHING
The great taste of this wine makes that we should take it with great power taste dishes, including wild game stews, oxtail with sauce, cured cheeses (Ideazabal).
