Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Red with garnet reflections. It has a high layer intensity. Very nice to see.

AROMA:

On the nose, it is a good representation of the Graciano variety. The notes of red and black fruits (gooseberry, blackberry, fig) are expressed in which they are surrounded by floral touches. The subtlety of roasted aromas and spicy aromas is emphasized with more subtlety, in which the liquorice is highlighted.

TASTE:

Powerful mouth, but with a gentle and very delicate passage of its tannins, which help to make its passage through the mouth kind and with a great retronasal amplitude.

A sensational wine to pair all kinds of grilled meats or stews. But for those who want to create an extraordinary harmony with a Magret de Duck with fig sauce and / or Pork tenderloin with gorgonzola cheese sauce.

Made of stainless steel with 3-day preferential maceration at 28ºC with long traces. On the fourth day the fermentation begins, whose duration is about 15 days, at a temperature between 24 and 25ºC. The malolactic fermentation takes place in barrel. 18 months aging in new French oak barrels with medium plus toast.
