Colour

High intensity colour with a deep cherry colour and a violet hue.

AROMA:

The persistent and intense varietal aromas of ripe red fruit, strawberry jam, plum and a hint of violet mingle with obvious mineral notes contributed by typicality licorella, give it the characteristics of Priorat. Rest in rising brings spicy aromas like vanilla, pepper and toasty notes.

TASTE:

The palate is a powerful wine, smooth, soft, ripe tannins with intense, stunning body, long and persistent over time.

MATCHING
It is an ideal partner for first or second main dishes. Casseroles and stews, cheeses, cured ham and other quality meats, especially game and grilled meats.
